1、How Long Does It Take

Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time consists of handmade sculpting time plus shipping time.

 

2、Handmade Production Time

Every bobblehead is carefully handcrafted by real artists, not machines. Each piece is made from scratch to ensure quality and likeness.

Standard production time is 10–14 business days.
Priority production time is 5–7 business days.
Express production time is 3–5 business days for urgent orders.

Faster production options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

 

3、Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 8–14 business days.
Express shipping typically takes 4–8 business days.

Final shipping options and costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

 

4、Need It for a Special Date

We understand that most orders are for important occasions such as birthdays, weddings, or surprises.

To help you meet your deadline, we offer priority sculpting, rush production, and express delivery options.
Simply select the fastest option at checkout and we will take care of the rest.

5、Real-Time Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number immediately.
You can monitor your package throughout the entire delivery process without any uncertainty.

 

6、Order Changes and Cancellations

Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Once the sculpting process has started, orders can no longer be modified or canceled free of charge.
If you still wish to cancel or make changes after production begins, a 40% fee of the order amount will apply to cover materials, labor, and processing costs.

 

7、Shipping Address Updates

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, you can contact us with your order number.
We will update your address as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

 

8、Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team and provide clear photos.

After verification, you will be eligible for a full refund.

 

9、Special Circumstances

In rare cases where damage is caused by uncontrollable factors such as weather conditions or shipping incidents, we will work with you to provide a fair partial refund solution.
