1What makes a good photo

A clear, well-lit photo will always give the best results. Make sure the face is fully visible, with natural lighting and no heavy shadows or blur. The clearer the details, the better our artists can capture facial features and achieve a strong likeness.

 

2Can I see a preview before placing an order

We do not provide previews before an order is placed, as each piece is custom-made from scratch.

However, once your order enters production, we will send preview images during the sculpting process for standard orders, typically within 1–3 business days.

Please note that rush orders (3-day production) do not include preview images in order to meet the faster turnaround time.

 

3What sizes are available

You can choose from 6-inch, 7-inch, and 9-inch sizes during the customization process.

If you are looking for a different size or special request, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

4Can I change or cancel my order

Because every bobblehead is made specifically for you, production begins shortly after your order is placed.

You can make changes or cancel your order before sculpting begins at no cost.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, or a handcrafted cost may apply.

 

5What payment methods do you accept

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

All prices on our website are listed in USD. Your payment will be automatically converted and charged in your local currency by your payment provider.

 

6Will my bobblehead look exactly like my photo

Each bobblehead is a stylized 3D interpretation of your photo, slightly cartoon-inspired in design.

While it may not be an exact replica, our artists carefully focus on key facial features and expressions to create a strong and recognizable likeness.

This artistic style is what makes each piece unique and fun.

 

7What is the proofing process

During production, we will send you preview images of your bobblehead so you can review and request any adjustments.

To avoid delays, we recommend responding as soon as possible.

If no response is received within 3 business days, production will continue automatically to ensure timely delivery.

 

8Can I change my shipping address after placing an order

Yes, you can update your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can assist you.

 

9Do you ship internationally

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Production time remains the same regardless of location, while shipping time and cost may vary depending on the destination.

All prices are listed in USD, and your payment will be processed in your local currency.
